How to Build Your Own CGI Proxy
A CGI-Proxy is a web based Proxy server.. it looks like a
search engine!. with a field to put the desired target website, and a [GO!]
Button..
All you have to do is to open the cgi-proxy page, and type in the web
address of the restricted site you want to go to. and the CGI-Proxy would do all
the rest.
this way is easy, simple, and mostly anonymous, but the only problem is that
ISPs block these pages most frequently.
and some of the CGI Proxy hosts put up tonnes of banners and popups just to make
life miserable !
